The project’s high-quality expanded mesh envelope allows for natural ventilation and protection from the elements. Extensive research resulted in innovative sustainable features, such as a green roof, low-maintenance landscaping, photovoltaic panels, and an automated management system for motorists. The structure is designed to be easily modified for other uses after serving as a parking lot.
